Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Durham Region, ON. The Sales Manager will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing product information, and handling sales transactions. Key tasks include maintaining product displays, managing inventory, assisting in promotional activities, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves meeting sales targets and contributing to store profitability.

  • Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) & CRM systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Previous retail or sales experience is an asset
