Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales Professional located in Oshawa, Ontario. The Sales Professional will engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored recommendations to enhance their home. Responsibilities include driving sales, maintaining product knowledge, ensuring a positive customer experience, and assisting with showroom upkeep. The role also involves collaborating with team members to meet and exceed sales goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers
  • Sales and negotiation skills, including the ability to meet sales targets and explain product benefits
  • Experience in customer service or retail environments, with a focus on excellence and problem-solving
  • Product knowledge or willingness to learn about home furnishings and design
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities
  • Team collaboration skills to work effectively with colleagues to achieve shared goals
  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in a relevant field is a plus
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet customer needs
