We're thrilled to be opening our brand-new location upstairs in Oshawa Center, bringing our innovative solutions closer to the community. This expansion is a big step for us, and we're looking for talented, motivated individuals to grow with us and make this location a huge success. Our sales teams are united by a shared commitment to excellence, customer satisfaction, and industry leadership, shaping the future of prefabricated steel buildings with precision and care.

What's In It For You:
- Choice of pay structure: Base + Commission OR Full Commission.
- Unlimited earning potential, your results determine your income.
- Warm leads provided, focus on closing, not chasing.
- Monthly contests, awards, and performance-based bonuses.
- Average rep earns ~$106,
- Top 50% of reps make an average of $265,000
- Full benefits: Dental, Extended Health, Paid Time Off.
What You'll Do:
- Close Sales: Pitch, negotiate, and complete transactions
- Build Relationships: Become a trusted advisor to your clients
- Handle Objections: Learn, adapt, and grow from challenges
- Use the CRM: Stay organized, follow up effectively, and manage your pipeline
- Deliver Excellent Customer Service: Earn repeat business from referrals
What You Bring:
- At least 1 year of direct sales experience (closing experience preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow your career
- Confident, resilient, and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
- A desire to make an impact and be part of a growing team
- Fluency in French is considered a strong asset
