A successful candidate will not only possess strong technical skills but will be accountable for translating data into compelling, actionable insights to solve problems and drive the business forward.

What You'll Do (The Adventure)

  • Be a Data Archaeologist: Wield your expert analytics skills to dig deep into our vast datasets, extracting and manipulating information to answer challenging business questions for our stakeholders

  • Monitor Performance & Drive Strategy: Track and report on key KPIs, proactively identifying and discussing emerging trends with key stakeholders. Your work will directly inform strategic recommendations
  • Connect the Dots & Tell the Story: Conduct deep-dive analyses on large datasets to uncover business insights and trends. You'll then translate your findings into compelling presentations using tools like PowerPoint and Excel to share your actionable recommendations

  • You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and can thrive while managing aggressive deadlines
  • You are willing to continually improve processes and document procedures for producing deliverables

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience with DataBricks, Python, and R is a plus
  • AI-Powered Efficiency: Experience leveraging AI assistants (like Gemini, ChatGPT, or similar tools) to accelerate your workflow. This could include generating starter SQL/Python code, summarizing complex findings, brainstorming new analytical approaches, or enhancing presentations
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Suite and Google Suite

  • Deep Industry Knowledge: Solid knowledge of the financial services industry and consumer credit products

  • An Analytical & Problem-Solving Mindset: proven ability to interpret large amounts of raw data, identify complex issues, make recommendations based on your analysis, and storytell based on the data & insights
