Job Description
- Candidate will implement and administer Office 365 products including the full E5 product suite, Exchange online, SharePoint, Cloud PBX & PSTN Conferencing, and other related products. Scripting experience with Power Shell is a must to help in automating the environment.
- The Office 365 Administrator will be responsible for the implementation and administration of our Office 365 environment. The candidate will be tasked with implementation of all areas of O365 including user/email administration, all O365 applications, Cloud PBX & PSTN Conferencing and SharePoint.
Position Objectives:
- Deploy end user access to O365, including email, AD integration, telephony, etc.
- Deploy new SharePoint site collections as well as perform typical maintenance activities
- Deploy MS Cloud PBX and PSTN conferencing as well as related products within our environment
- Seek out opportunities within our normal delivery cycle to automate functions thus leading to an efficient and standardized process
- Develop repeatable implementation processes with a focus on efficiency and the customer experience
Essential duties:
- Work with other team members to ensure standardized implementation of products
- Ensure solution is installed and tested to the client's needs
- Implementation of automation to reduce delivery timeline and increase quality/consistency
- Provide documentation and training as needed to other groups
- Have a working knowledge of, and leverage industry best practices for implementation of supported technology platforms.
- Be available to provide rotational 24 x 7 on-call escalation support
Job Requirements
- Working knowledge of Office 365 Corporate Level E4 & E5 edition products
- Working knowledge of SharePoint administration for on-premise and online products
- Working knowledge of Cloud PBX and PSTN Conferencing products a plus
- Scripting using PowerShell to administer the O365 environment
- Passion for systems engineering and automation
- Strong inter-personal, communication and organizational skills
- Exceptional customer service and relationship building experience
- Experience in troubleshooting complex solutions
- Highly motivated to ensure a successful customer implementation
- Beneficial skills:
- Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE)
- Education or Equivalent Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Industry standard certifications – preferred
