We are looking for aSenior Manager, Business Process and Integrationto help build and improve the way we work across the organization. This role will focus primarily on designing better processes, documenting them clearly, and helping teams adopt more consistent, scalable ways of working. A secondary focus will be supporting post-acquisition integration efforts, including coordinating onboarding and process alignment for new teams.This person will work directly with SVP, Business Integration and Process to turn strategic priorities into clear, actionable, and repeatable workflows.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive Process ImprovementOwn and lead cross-functional process improvement initiativesWork with stakeholders to understand how things work today and where breakdowns occurDesign and collaborate on better ways of working that reduce friction, improve clarity, and scale with the businessTrack adoption and impact of process changes; update as needed based on feedbackGather feedback from teams to understand pain points and improvement opportunitiesRecommend and implement fixes or escalations to reduce confusion and wasted effortsServe as the go-to resource for teams seeking clarity on "how we do things"Support Training & Change ManagementAct as secondary training lead, supporting roll outs for new processes and/or new workflows for newly acquired employeesBe subject matter expert on Impact XM processes, templates, tools, and standardsPartner with teams to anticipate resistance and help smooth transitions internallyAct as process advocate with forward thinking visionBuild Tools, Templates, ManualsCreate and maintain playbooks, training materials, templates, and toolkits for process development and integration trainingSupport departments to document their process and include in global standardsDevelop dashboards and status reporting systems to ensure accurate project tracking and transparencySupport Business IntegrationSupport post-acquisition integration efforts, primarily focused on process onboarding and coordinationBuild and manage integration task lists and workplans across functions (Ops, P&C, Finance, IT, etc.)Help coordinate early onboarding and training for new team members around core processes and toolsAct as a partner to the SVP during early integration phases to support communication, readiness, and consistencyMaintain and improve the integration playbook and documentation for repeatable successWhat Success Looks LikeProcess updates are weighed thoroughly to maximize global benefitsProcess updates are adopted broadly with minimized impact to business outputTeams know how to get things done – and do it consistentlyProcess and standards documentation is updated regularly and acts as single source of truthTraining programs and roll outs are clear and approached with different learning styles in mindOne team mentality is preservedSkills & ExperienceExperience5+ years of experience driving cross functional projects, process work, or integrationStrong project management skills (planning, execution, communication)Proven ability to simplify complex workflows and turn them into clear, actionable plansAbility to lead change, influence, and manage complex stakeholder dynamicsComfortable with ambiguity, adapting as priorities shiftExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience with or ability to learn tools like project trackers, dashboards, and basic reportingSelf starter who can move projects forward independentlySoft SkillsHigh emotional intelligence, able to read a room, manage reactions to change, build trustAbility to listen and gather feedback from teams and translate it into meaningful improvementsClear communicator who brings clarity without overcomplicatingBalances change management with business thinking.
