About the Role

The Practice Lead will oversee the day-to-day operations of our flagship location, ensuring that every system, process, and team interaction supports the highest standard of care for our patients. This position requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and a people-first mindset to foster a welcoming and efficient environment for both patients and staff.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a leader with 3–5 years of experience in dental office management who is passionate about creating a positive, patient-focused culture. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Location: Sarnia, Ontario

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the dental team to deliver an exceptional patient experience at every visit
  • Oversee daily practice operations with a focus on efficiency, consistency, and patient satisfaction
  • Coordinate and optimize hygiene and doctor schedules to ensure smooth patient flow
  • Support treatment planning and coordination to help patients understand and complete their care
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, creating actionable plans that enhance patient outcomes and team performance
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members aligned with our values of compassion, collaboration, and integrity
  • Conduct regular performance check-ins and team meetings to encourage accountability and professional growth
  • Maintain compliance with all IPAC and RCDSO standards to ensure patient and staff safety
  • Collaborate with leadership on initiatives that elevate both operational and clinical excellence

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Practice Manager, Lead, or similar role in a dental setting
  • Strong knowledge of dental operations, compliance, and IPAC guidelines
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
  • A service-oriented mindset with genuine care for patient well-being
  • Experience with Tracker is an asset
