• Manage merchandising efforts by organizing displays, pricing products accurately, and ensuring inventory levels meet customer demand.
• Handle POS transactions, cash handling, and bookkeeping tasks with accuracy and integrity.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase store revenue through effective marketing, promotional activities, and customer engagement.
• Monitor store performance metrics, prepare reports, and assist with budgeting and payroll processing.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized store environment.
• Conduct interviews and participate in hiring decisions to build a strong team aligned with company values.
• Support marketing initiatives by promoting products and special offers both in-store and through community outreach.

Qualifications
