About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned
Broadcom TopSecret Security Administrator
to join the EnterpriseZ Security Operations and Support team. This role involves managing and supporting mainframe authentication and authorization systems, ensuring compliance with security best practices, and collaborating with technology teams across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide mainframe user and application access support using
    Broadcom TopSecret
    ,
    Broadcom Compliance Manager
    ,
    TSS Admin Express
    , and custom tools.
  • Collaborate with technology teams (Developers, Systems Programming, DBA, CICS/MQ Support) to deliver mainframe security support.
  • Implement security solutions for projects while adhering to firm policies and industry best practices.
  • Develop automation scripts, reports, utilities, and batch programs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve security-related issues; manage issue tickets.
  • Participate in on-call rotation and provide support during weekends as needed.
  • Review security proposals and assess technical feasibility in coordination with Security Management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum
    5+ years of hands-on experience
    with
    Broadcom TopSecret
    and related tools (CA/Broadcom-TSS, Compliance Manager, TSS Admin Express).
  • Strong knowledge of
    digital certificates, Kerberos, SSL, SSH
    .
  • Proficiency in at least one mainframe programming language (e.g.,
    JCL, REXX, CLIST, ISPF, SAS
    ).
  • Experience with
    z/OS utilities
    (ISPF, TSO, SDSF, JES).
  • Familiarity with
    database technologies
    (Sybase, DB2, SQL).
  • Solid understanding of security concepts and technologies.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills and MS Office proficiency.
  • Willingness to work on-call rotation (including weekends).

Desired Skills

  • Experience with
    IBM RACF
    and
    ZSecure
    .
  • Familiarity with
    ServiceNow, JIRA, MS Teams
    .
  • Exposure to distributed technologies (UNIX, USS file systems).
  • Knowledge of
    C, shell scripting, OpenSSL, SSH, CARLA
    .
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Prior experience in Systems Programming, Mainframe Network Engineering, or Middleware (MQ Series).

Work Hours

  • Remote role with overlap to
