Skills Required: Windows Servers EUCS_TOOLS_SCCM
Job Description: 1.Need to know how to apply patches manually or automatically, using tools such as Windows Update (For Manual Patching), WSUS (In depth), Patch deployment through SCCM (Package creation with windows updates, Phased deployment , ADR)
2.Need to know how to identify, evaluate, and prioritize patches based on their impact, urgency, and compati-bility.
3.Need to be able to document and communicate patch information, such as sources, versions, dependencies, and risks. You also need to be able to collaborate with other system administrators.
4.Ability to read Splunk / Qualys scan report to collect and analyze patch data, such as patch status, compliance, vulnerabilities, and incidents
.5.You need to be able to di-agnose and resolve patch problems quickly and accurately, using tools such as Event Viewer, or PowerShell
6.Need to have experience of working in ServiceNow ( Change , Service re-quests) with best practice as per ITIL guidelines.
7.Basic Knowledge of Active directory Users and Computers (Type of Groups and their scopes , Adding Computers to a group, AD user roles)
