Job Summary

This is a full-time role for a Systems Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including system administration, troubleshooting, technical support, network administration, and information technology management. The role also involves operating as a technical escalation point for complex issues or solutions

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in System Administration, Troubleshooting, and Technical Support
  • Windows systems administration, design and setup
  • Experience in Network Administration and Information Technology management
  • Knowledge of security protocols, applications and best practices
  • Familiarity with industry-standard software and hardware
  • Proficient with full suite of Microsoft products
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication, support and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple engagements simultaneously
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified Expert, CompTIA A+)
  • Experience with cloud computing and virtualization technologies is a plus
  • Experience in Cyber Security is a plus
  • Experience in Solutions Architecting and/or Project Management is a plus
  • Valid driver's license and available vehicle required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $51,863.80-$107,098.26 per year
