We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Talent and Culture Administrator to support HR operations, employee engagement, and office administration. This is an exciting role for someone who enjoys working with people, managing multiple priorities, and contributing to a positive workplace culture.

This is a Monday-Thursday Shift and the working hours are 9:00am-1:00pm.

What You'll Do:

Employee Engagement & Communications

  • Coordinate and run the Social Committee
  • Maintain company-wide communications and announcements
  • Support employee events, recognition programs, and engagement activities
  • Assist the HR team with HR metrics and reporting

Recruitment, Onboarding & Orientation

  • Screen resumes and applications, assist with shortlisting, and coordinate interviews
  • Conduct reference checks as required
  • Support onboarding and orientation for new hires
  • Assist hiring managers with recruitment-related administrative tasks

General and Benefits Administration

  • Support payroll processes with filing, scanning, and documentation
  • Assist Finance projects related to AP/ AR.
  • Administer union employee files and documentation
  • Handle employee requests and support HR strategy initiatives
  • Provide administrative support to the TAC team
  • Support employee benefits inquiries and enrollment
  • Maintain accurate benefits records and documentation

Office Services

  • Monitor shared office inboxes
  • Manage office furniture, supplies, and equipment
  • Oversee coffee machines, vending machines, and related vendors
  • Coordinate janitorial services and building maintenance

What Makes You a Great Fit: 

  • 1–2 years of HR or office administration experience is required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources is required.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive is required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office is required.
  • Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Positive attitude with a commitment to supporting employees and promoting our core values: Develop, Care, Achieve
  • Experience with BambooHR and HRIS systems is an asset.
