Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Opener to join our team. The Opener plays a crucial role in ensuring that our operations start smoothly and efficiently each day. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage opening tasks with precision and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent organizational skills.

Duties

  • Arrive promptly to prepare the workspace for daily operations.
  • Unlock and secure all entry points, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
  • Responsible in baking and getting ready of the bakery display in required opening time limit.
  • Work with speed to meet the required time of how long to open the store
  • Responsible in producing all baked goods and sandwiches that we served following the correct recipe and procedure.
  • Set up equipment, tools, and supplies needed for the day's activities.
  • Conduct initial inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area before operations begin.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and responsibilities.
  • Assist in training new staff on opening procedures as needed.
  • Report any issues or discrepancies to management immediately.
  • Working with speed is a must

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Excellent time management skills; ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of safety protocols and procedures is desirable.
  • Flexibility in schedule, including early morning shifts.
  • Food handler certified
  • Smart serve certified
