This Position provides support and guidance to the front line employees in the kitchen and supports the objectives of the Manager of the Base Lodges to ensure optimal departmental efficiency, productivity and quality standards.

**WAGE- $20.09 plus Gratuity**

**WHAT DO YOU NEED FROM ME?**
- Assist in training of lodge kitchen staff
- Ensure all staff are following proper food safety guidelines and knife handing skills
- Assist in performance evaluations, and progressive discipline
- Ensure cleanliness of all areas inside & outside of the lodge with particular attention to receiving areas, back of front services areas and fire exits.
- Provide ongoing guidance to staff

**WHAT DO YOU NEED FROM ME?**
- Must have a minimum of 2 years prior hotel/kitchen experience including 1 year supervisory experience
- Demonstrated ability to train staff and ensure exceptional customer service
- Organized, efficient and detail oriented
- Safety minded
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
