Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with potential clients, developing business relationships, and promoting our innovative products and services. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to analyze market trends to identify new opportunities.

Duties

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive business growth.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify potential customers and understand their needs.
  • Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and report on progress.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase offerings.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in technology sales.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals.
  • Ability to analyze market data and trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and events.
