We're seesmile Dental Studio, a modern, brand new dental practice opening in North York. While we might be a little biased, we genuinely believe we're one of the best places to work. We're on a mission to help our community care for their smiles, and we're looking for someone special to join us at the front desk — the first face people see when they walk in

Before we get too excited, let's give you the full picture.

First, the not-so-fun stuff:

  • This is not a remote job. You'll be working in our studio, welcoming patients in person.
  • Dental front desk experience is an asset but not a requirement. What matters most is your positive attitude and attention to detail. We'll teach you the rest.
  • It's a fast-paced role. Some days will be busier than others, and we'll count on you to stay organized and calm

What you'll be doing:

  • Greet patients warmly and make them feel at ease
  • Answer phone calls and emails with a smile in your voice
  • Schedule appointments and manage the daily calendar
  • Handle patient intake and billing accurately
  • Coordinate with our clinical team to keep things running smoothly
  • Maintain a tidy, welcoming front office
