**Plant Operations**

**Reports to: Plant Manager**

**Major Responsibilities**:

- Unloading railcars
- Safely loading and unloading trucks
- General maintenance and yard work
- Cleaning silos and the yard
- Grading the edible beans
- Other duties as requiredOther activities that arise daily pertaining to the operation, safety, and quality of our products

**Qualifications**:

- Team Player
- Good Communication Skills
- Strong work ethic
- Comfortable lifting up to 45 kg
- Physically able to work in both hot and cold environments, both indoors and outdoors and at heights
- Willing to work extended shifts as demand requires and assist with operations as needed.
- Able to adapt to changes as daily demands dictate.
- Able to drive skid steer, tractor and payloader.+ 1 year in the plant operations position
