Bath & Tidy is a small business in Calgary, AB. We strive to provide a fun environment for your fur-family member's spa day.

We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join our team. We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Administrative Support team member who's comfortable wearing multiple hats and helping keep both our operations and storefront running smoothly.

Position Overview

The Administrative Support role is a key part of our daily operations. This position supports scheduling, payments, customer service, and general shop duties. The ideal candidate is organized, friendly, proactive, and not afraid to jump in where help is needed.

Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

  • Greet clients and their pets with a friendly and welcoming demeanour
  • Manage and coordinate staff and client schedules
  • Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk
  • Collect and record patient information accurately
  • Assist Groomers with various tasks as needed
  • Handle client inquiries, provide information on services, and process payments
  • Resolve customer concerns in a friendly and solution-oriented manner
  • Maintain a positive and professional brand experience

Studio Cleaning Duties

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio and work areas

  • Assist with cleaning duties as needed

  • Restock supplies and ensure materials are readily available

  • Support overall shop upkeep to maintain a welcoming environment

General Support

  • Assist team members with various tasks as needed
  • Follow company procedures and safety guidelines
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture
  • Other duties as assigned to support business operations

Qualification

  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Comfortable handling payments and basic
  • Basic computer and POS system skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with compassion and professionalism
  • Maintaining a calm energy under pressure
  • Familiarity with handling animals

Shift Hour range:

1:00pm- 6:00pm

Tues - Sat

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
