About The Role
We are seeking a Content Marketing Manager who will own Burai's narrative and thought leadership strategy to fuel brand awareness, demand, and pipeline. You will partner with cross-functional teams to craft content that resonates with our target audience, positions Burai as an authority in AI automation, and supports scalable growth.

You will not just be an "editor", you will be a strategist, storyteller, domain expert, and metrics-driven content operator.

Key Responsibilities

Thought Leadership & Messaging

  • Define and own the voice, tone, positioning, and messaging frameworks for Burai, ensuring consistency across all content channels.
  • Develop original POVs, research reports, executive bylines, whitepapers, and long-form content that elevate Burai's standing in AI automation and enterprise SaaS.
  • Collaborate with executives, product leaders, and subject-matter experts to generate compelling content directions and ghostwritten pieces.

Content Strategy & Execution

  • Build and maintain an editorial calendar aligned to marketing goals, product roadmap, seasonal themes, and sales cycles.
  • Produce, edit, and publish high-quality content such as blog posts, case studies, infographics, ebooks, customer success stories, microsites, and social content.
  • Use content atomization to turn a long-form asset into slices/slides/threads to maximize reach and ROI across channels.
  • Optimize content for SEO, discoverability, and conversion (e.g. CTAs, gating strategy, internal linking).
  • Manage external content contributors (freelancers, agencies) writing briefs, reviewing drafts, ensuring quality and brand alignment.

Content Amplification & Community

  • Develop and execute content distribution strategies (email, social media, native platforms, syndication) to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Work with Demand Gen to align content with campaigns, nurture flows, and conversion paths.
  • Amplify executive voices and internal experts: develop talking points, social posts, interview scripts, and partner opportunities.
  • Monitor and engage with communities, forums, and social platforms to surface insight, trends, and feedback.

Measurement & Optimization

  • Track and analyze metrics such as brand search volume, earned media mentions, social share of voice, executive thought leadership reach, and referral traffic to quantify Burai's content authority and narrative impact.
  • Use analytics / attribution tools to trace content's contribution to pipeline, iteration, and growth.
  • A/B test headlines, formats, gating strategies, content lengths, and CTAs.
  • Continuously refine content processes, workflows, and frameworks based on data, feedback, and industry trends.

Qualifications
Must-haves

  • 4+ years' experience in content marketing / editorial / thought leadership in a B2B SaaS, AI, or enterprise technology environment.
  • Deep domain knowledge or strong interest in AI, automation, agents, or adjacent technology space.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills. Ability to take technical or complex ideas and turn them into clear, persuasive, business-relevant narratives.
  • Experience crafting long-form content (whitepapers, research, reports) as well as shorter content (blogs, social, infographics).
  • Familiarity with SEO, content optimization, content metrics, and performance analytics.
  • Ability to translate business goals into content strategy, prioritize topics, and execute with minimal oversight.
  • Collaboration mindset: able to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, design, sales, and leadership.

Bonus / Preferred Skills

  • Experience using AI tools (LLMs, agents) in content creation, ideation, or scaling workflows.
  • Experience with content attribution / multi-touch modeling or marketing analytics.
  • Design sensibility to partner with visual designers or to produce simple graphics/infographics.
  • Experience in ghostwriting, thought leadership development for executives.
  • Prior experience in high-growth, fast-moving environments, where process and structure evolve rapidly.
