Consider a position in our office. Responsibilities
  • Personalized, efficient and pleasant telephone interactions with clients. Creates a climate of trust conducive to the sale of a life insurance or living benefits policy. 
  • Educates and advises our clients on our products, while adhering to the company's underwriting policies.
  • Excels in all service and sales opportunities providing exceptional attention to clients needs.
  • Works with the agent to establish and meet goals.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Job Requirements:
  • Sales experience (preferred).
  • Successful track record of meeting goals.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Ability to relate to customers and team members.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
  • Organized, with the ability to problem solve.
  • Ability to prioritize the team goals over personal gain.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of basic computer and office skills 

Qualifications:
  •  Life and Health license LLQP 
  • Property and Casualty license (preferred OTL  or RIBO, or must be able to obtain).
  • Product/ sales experience (required).
  • College diploma in a related field.
  • 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Previous sales experience required, insurance experience would be an asset.
