**Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain client relationships to drive sales growth
- Achieve sales targets through strategic planning and execution
- Analyze client needs to recommend suitable life insurance products
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards
- Identify new business opportunities within assigned territory
- Utilize CRM tools to track and manage sales pipelines

**How we’ll set you up for success**

**Experience/Qualifications**
- ** LLQP Licence** is required
- Experience in life insurance is preferred but not required
- Good understanding of life insurance products and market trends is an asset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent skills in strategic planning and consistently achieving targets
- Ability to work effectively in a high-visibility, results-oriented environment
- Ability to analyze client needs and suggest appropriate solutions
