Who are we looking for?

GHD has a new and exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead TA in Canada and support strategic recruitment. You'll partner across the broader TA network to champion transformational change, build capability, and ensure we appoint the best talent across our business. As a strategic partner, you'll influence senior stakeholders, solve complex challenges, and align talent strategies with GHD's long term goals. In addition to leading Talent Acquisition for Canada, you will also support strategic recruitment initiatives and/or lead a regional TA team within the country, collaborating across geographies to drive strategic outcomes.

Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work where you will

  • Lead, coach, and grow a high performing Talent Acquisition team; build a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and results.
  • Advise senior leaders and partner across functions and regions to deliver integrated, long-term talent solutions that advance business outcomes.
  • Enable hiring managers with enterprise training on interviewing, candidate assessment, inclusive hiring, and data-driven decision making. 
  • Champion transformation and capability building initiatives across Canada and the broader region to accelerate TA performance and impact.
  • Anticipate business needs and design solutions that navigate complexity and unlock opportunities. 
  • Optimize policies & processes to ensure compliance, scalability, and an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience. 
  • Contribute to strategic planning by aligning TA priorities with organizational objectives and future possibilities.
  • Use data-driven insights to inform strategy, measure outcomes, and continuously enhance service to internal clients. 
  • Promote inclusive recruitment and support programs that advance diversity, equity, and inclusion across Canada.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience). 
  • Experience leading teams through transformational change in talent acquisition at both country and regional levels.
  • Track record of partnering with senior leaders and managing diverse stakeholder relationships.
  • Strategic mindset with results aligned to business goals.
  • Advanced ATS experience (Oracle Cloud Recruiter is a plus) and extensive LinkedIn Recruiter expertise. 
  • Demonstrated strategic sourcing and non‑traditional pipeline development. 
  • Commitment to diversity, inclusion, and continuous improvement.

Salary & Important Info

  • The salary range for this position in BC is $137,390 to $228,938.  The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for GHD locations in its major city centres. Ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At GHD, base salary is determined by your skills, experience, qualifications and work location. We are committed to offering competitive compensation and adhere to all relevant pay transparency legislation.
