Visier gives organizations a Workforce AI Edge: a set of AI-powered capabilities that help leaders understand the relationship between people and work, elevate the productivity of their employees, and win by adapting to change faster. We're a global leader in AI-powered people analytics, workforce planning, and compensation management solutions. All Visier technology is underpinned by its Real-time People Data Platform, which uses AI to unlock the business-transforming potential of people data, work data, and the fusion of both.
Founded in 2010 by the pioneers of business intelligence, Visier has over 60k customers in 75 countries - including enterprises like BASF, Panasonic, Experian, Amgen, eBay, Ford Motor Company, and more.
Visier is searching for a hands-on Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our efforts in attracting the best talent to join us. This is a high-impact functional leadership role for an experienced TA professional ready to own and refine the engine that connects fantastic talent with our brand and culture. You will be instrumental in evolving Visier's identity in the market, building sustainable talent pipelines, and ensuring our TA operations lead to repeatable outcomes.
This is a chance to take full accountability for setting the strategy and delivering the results for the TA function. You will strike a balance between owning high priority reqs and driving programs and projects in partnership with senior leadership, leveraging external contract resources to service peak hiring seasons. If you are passionate about crafting an authentic employer brand, using data to inform high-impact strategies, and want to create a best in class TA function, you'll be proud of the impact you can have with us.
We need a strategic player-coach—a leader who is willing to roll up their sleeves and execute. You will be joining a culture that values continuous learning and growth, and we are looking for a leader who thrives on solving meaningful challenges.
Candidates must be willing to work in-office Tues-Thurs in our downtown Vancouver office.
What you'll be doing...You will be responsible for setting the vision and managing all operational aspects of the function, with a focus on four core strategic pillars:
1. Talent Acquisition Strategy & Team Leadership- Establish and execute the overarching talent acquisition strategy, translating Visier's business objectives into clear, measurable hiring goals and scalable workforce plans.
- Reimagine our TA function with a variety of hiring strategies, ensuring we are properly resourced to meet the hiring demand, and contribute to building a culture of high performance in our P&C function.
- Manage resource allocation, and workflow to ensure hiring goals are met efficiently and effectively, relying on TA metrics to inform your decisions in building the function.
- Define, champion, and amplify our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and employer brand across relevant channels. Develop and implement engaging marketing campaigns and content strategies to promote Visier as an employer of choice in key competitive talent markets.
- Ensure the employer brand authentically reflects our culture of learning, high performance, and team-focused delivery.
- Partner closely with the Marketing and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency and maximum market impact.
- Design and operationalize proactive, long-term talent pipeline strategies, focusing on critical, hard-to-find skill sets. Identify other opportunities to connect with talent beyond the usual expected channels.
- Utilize advanced market intelligence and recruiting data to anticipate emerging talent needs and build sustainable talent communities for developing talent (including our fantastic campus program).
- Oversee the effective use of a Talent Relationship Management (TRM) approach to cultivate meaningful, long-term connections with passive and silver-medalist candidates.
- Own and optimize the end-to-end recruitment process, technology stack (ATS, tools, vendor relationships), and operational workflows to maximize efficiency and data integrity.
- Establish and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide leaders with transparent, data-driven insights into TA performance, quality of hire, and strategic opportunities.
- Ensure all hiring practices are equitable, inclusive, and compliant with all relevant labour laws and internal policies across all operating regions.
We are looking for a hands-on leader who can think strategically and operate tactically to deliver results.
- 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally with experience leading an entire TA function through significant change or scaling.
- A proven track record of impact; demonstrated success navigating and improving fast-paced, outcome focused TA environments where speed and quality both need to be achieved. While AI and SaaS experience will help you succeed at Visier, it isn't a requirement if you have a strong, visible learner's mindset and a passion for our space.
- Demonstrated experience translating high-level business goals into actionable, data-informed TA strategies and work plans.
- Expert-level knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, modern sourcing techniques, and innovative employer branding practices.
- Proven ability to manage complexity, drive key talent decisions with senior stakeholders, and resolve significant operational challenges using superior judgment.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence senior management and executive leaders. The ideal candidate operates with humility, prioritizes team success over personal credit, and actively seeks feedback to drive function-wide improvement.
