Role Description

We are seeking a full-time BIM Lead / Manager to join our on-site team in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating Building Information Modeling activities, ensuring model accuracy, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Your day-to-day tasks will involve managing project workflows, performing quality control on BIM deliverables, implementing BIM standards and processes, and providing technical support and training to project teams. You will play a critical role in integrating innovative BIM solutions to meet client requirements and project goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in BIM tools and software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
  • Understanding of BIM standards, workflows, and project lifecycle processes
  • Experience in project management, including coordinating multidisciplinary teams
  • Technical expertise in model validation, clash detection, and data management
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work on-site and collaborate with clients and teams in Singapore
  • Knowledge of Virtual Design Construction (VDC) practices would be an advantage
  • Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
