Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Reporting Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and presenting data to support strategic decision-making across various departments. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly. The Reporting Analyst will play a vital role in enhancing operational efficiency and driving business insights through comprehensive reporting and data analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize reports and dashboards using tools such as Excel, SQL, or business intelligence platforms.
  • Collect and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reports.
  • Automate routine reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Present findings clearly through visualizations and written summaries for stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular performance reports.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging tools related to data analysis and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Reporting Analyst or similar role with strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel (including pivot tables and formulas), Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Nice-to-have skills include experience with programming languages like Python or R, knowledge of database management systems, or familiarity with cloud-based analytics solutions.
