**Our People Analytics Team**

**What you will do**
As a HR Data & Reporting Analyst, you will support the day-to-day data and reporting needs of our clients, with a focus on increasing self-serve options and building sound governance practices.
More specifically, you will:
Support organization and position management
- Work closely with our HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to provide operational support on organizational and position management, including support of the annual budget process.
- Conduct analysis on various topics related to organizational and position management e.g., position vacancies, downstream impacts of owner/holder position relationships, and departmental right of return commitments.
- Be responsible for position data quality by working with senior analysts on the team, Data Owners, HRBPs, and the HR Centre.
- Promote and improve existing data products in Excel and Power BI by educating clients and collecting their feedback.
Manage data requests
- Respond to requests by evaluating business needs with clients and offering recommendations
- Manage the team’s standard reports, including working with clients to validate the ongoing business need and creating ways for clients to self-serve, including offering them training or technical support if required
- Conduct research and analysis to find efficient ways within our systems to respond to business questions, working with our technical support teams as required
- Support our analytics specialists with other projects, as needed
**What you need to succeed**
You are a self-starter with strong attention to detail who is always on the lookout for ways to make improvements in your work. You are also well-organized, a great team player, and a strong communicator who can influence change and support others on their change journey.
**Nice-to-Have**
- Previous experience working in data management and reporting
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors (or a similar system/tool) including its organizational and position management processes
- A proven skillset using MS Excel to work with data (creating pivot tables, graphs, etc.)
- Experience using and editing Power BI dashboards
**Your education and experience**
**What you need to know**
- Language requirement: English and French essential (bilingual) with a minimum starting level of functional (level 4) in second official language. Training may be provided to help reach the required level of fully functional (level 5) in second official language.
- Priority will be given to Canadian citizens and permanent residents
- Security level required: Be eligible to obtain Reliability
- There will be no relocation assistance provided

**Remote work / Hybrid Work Model **#LI-Remote**
