Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer support in a fast-paced environment. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations at the front desk of our wellness office, where attention to detail and excellent phone etiquette are crucial.

Responsibilities

  • Greet patients and visitors warmly, providing a positive first impression of the office.
  • Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, addressing inquiries and scheduling appointments.
  • Manage patient records by filing documents accurately and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Assist with billing inquiries and process payments.
  • Coordinate with massage staff to ensure efficient patient flow throughout the office.
  • Proofread documents for accuracy before distribution or filing.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
  • Provide general administrative support as required in a medical office setting.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or in a similar role within a dental or medical office is preferred.
  • Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills are essential.
  • Familiarity with MindBody is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Attention to detail, particularly in filing and proofreading tasks.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is an advantage.
