Leasing Manager
to join our student housing community in Montréal.

This role is ideal for someone who is results-driven, student-focused, and passionate about delivering an exceptional leasing and customer experience in a fast-paced, academic-year environment.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead leasing efforts to achieve occupancy, pre-leasing, and revenue targets
  • Manage and execute leasing strategies across the full leasing cycle, including renewals and summer stay
  • Conduct property tours and oversee the leasing journey from first inquiry to signed lease
  • Supervise, train, and support leasing staff and student ambassadors
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute outreach, events, and promotional initiatives
  • Maintain accurate leasing data and reporting within the property management system
  • Ensure compliance with leasing policies, fair housing standards, and company procedures

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in leasing, student housing, or a customer-focused sales environment
  • Strong communication, sales, and relationship-building skills
  • Proven ability to meet targets and manage competing priorities
  • Professional judgment and problem-solving skills in high-volume situations
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends during peak leasing periods
  • Bilingual English/French is a strong asset
