Cogir Real Estate is currently hiring a **Leasing Specialist **who would be responsible to professionally qualify prospects and follow-ups with perspectives to rent our apartments.

If you are **customer-service oriented**, have **leasing experience** and are **well organized.**

**Summary of Responsibilities**:

- Aid in planning and executing events and initiatives to draw awareness to the brand.
- To strive for optimum lease-up with high rental rates at the set commitment pace.
- Complete and maintain a consistently accurate traffic report to be submitted to management on a weekly basis.
- Regularly inspect upcoming availability prior to showing. Units showing in unsatisfactory condition must be directed to the maintenance team for immediate intervention.
- Assist in the completion of market rent studies as determined from time to time by the Director or Operations Manager in order to understand and acknowledge the competition in surrounding buildings.
- Encourage appointments or viewings with all prospective residents.
- All existing and potential residents must be treated in a fair and reasonable manner.
- To carry out other duties and/or procedures related to the marketing, rental and administration of suites as may be assigned from time to time.
- Building Social Events
- Support other properties’ accommodation team

**Skills/Qualifications**:

- A minimum of 5 years of leasing experience is required.
- Professional in appearance and mannerisms
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Yardi & Property Vista
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage time efficiently
- Knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- An independent, detail-oriented individual who can work as a team player

**Working Condition**:

- Travelling will be required.
- Required to work evenings and weekends.
