As an Operations Supervisor, you will be working directly with our Operations Manager to develop and learn the skills required to move into multi-functioning dynamic role whereby you will be responsible for:

  • Plan, organize, direct and supervisor installation and service teams
  • Respond to technical questions
  • Conduct technician ride alongs
  • Quality Control
  • Assist in Health and Safety Training
  • Ensure Customer Satisfaction
  • Train new employees
  • Assist with installs or service work during high demand periods

Specific qualifications for the Operations Supervisor position include:

  • Must be a licensed Gas (G2) & Refrigeration (313D)
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean record
  • Clear criminal record
  • Strong interpersonal, customer relations and problem-solving skills and the proven ability to effectively organize tasks and manage time
  • Excellent written skills
  • Extracurricular activities involving leadership responsibilities
  • PC literacy
