Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our Engineering and Maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a variety of production line machinery and tools, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and supporting overall production goals and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate a range of production equipment and machinery in accordance with company procedures and safety standards.
  • Replace machine consumables (e.g., packaging materials, labels, etc.) as needed to ensure uninterrupted production flow.
  • Assemble products and components as part of the manufacturing process.
  • Support routine and preventive maintenance activities in collaboration with other departments.
  • Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and assist production teams in reducing downtime.
  • Adhere to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), food safety regulations, and internal safety protocols.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is an asset.
  • Fluency in the Chinese language is a strong advantage.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or practical operations is preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to product quality and workplace safety.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and overtime as required.
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, machinery, and low temperatures.
  • Physically capable of lifting, standing for long periods, and working in confined spaces.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 – 40 per week
