Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Supervisor, based in the GTAA, ON. The Site Supervisor will oversee daily operations on the ground, ensuring all demolition and abatement tasks are executed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with local regulations. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, coordinating with site teams and stakeholders, supervising safety protocols, and ensuring work is completed to the highest standards. The role also involves addressing on-site challenges, maintaining documentation, and fostering strong communication among team members.

Qualifications

  • Experience in project management, scheduling, and team coordination
  • Ability to oversee compliance with safety regulations and lead the implementation of safety measures
  • Knowledge of demolition processes, asbestos removal, and abatement practices
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with ISO 45001:2018 standards and occupational health and safety best practices
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and other key stakeholders
  • Experience in heritage or structural demolition is highly valuable
  • Proven ability to work effectively in an on-site environment
  • Certification in construction safety or related fields is a plus
