Responsibilities

  • Handle customer complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Assist in inventory management and restocking as needed.
  • Qualifications
  • Proven experience in retail sales or customer service.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are an asset.
  • Knowledge of construction or building products is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using point-of-sale systems.
