At Wells Industrial Supplies, we're not a big corporation. We're a locally owned, independent distributor built on reliability, teamwork, and good old-fashioned service.
From our storefront location in Langley, BC, we've spent years helping customers across the Lower Mainland and Western Provinces get the quality industrial supplies and automotive fleet parts they need to keep things running smoothly.
We stock everything from fasteners and abrasives to cutting tools and safety gear, but what really sets us apart is our people. We're a small, tight-knit crew that looks out for each other, works hard, and actually enjoys what we do. Honest work in a place where you're appreciated.
The Role
We're looking for someone who takes pride in great service and likes keeping busy, an Inside Sales / Counter Representative who enjoys talking with customers, solving problems, and helping them find exactly what they need.
If you're the kind of person who likes knowing your regulars by name, keeps your workspace organized, and feels good at the end of the day knowing you made someone's job easier, you'll fit right in here.
What You'll Be Doing
- Greeting customers (in person and on the phone) and helping them with quotes, orders, and product info
- Processing orders and returns quickly and accurately, keeping things moving smoothly
- Offering knowledgeable recommendations on fasteners, tools, and safety products
- Keeping the front counter tidy and stocked
- Working with our sales teams to make sure orders get out the door on time
- Helping source special-order items and supporting day-to-day operations
What You Bring
- A background in customer service, inside sales, or counter sales (industrial or automotive experience is a bonus)
- Familiarity with fasteners, tools, or MRO supplies, or the willingness to learn quickly
- Solid computer skills (Microsoft Office, order systems, etc.)
- A friendly, dependable attitude. Someone who shows up, works hard, and gets along well with others
- Attention to detail and pride in doing things right the first time
What You'll Love About Working Here
$22–$25 per hour, depending on experience
