This position requires you
to be on-site to perform the job duties and ideally the candidate will start in
May 2026 and be available from 4-8 months. This posting is for an existing vacancy.

interns, including:

  • Salaries
    starting from $3,300 per month (based on your year in
    school and previous experience).
  • Temporary
    living allowance for interns moving to the area for
    the role.

What You'll Do

When you join our team as a Forestry
Intern you will be assisting our Interior Woodlands team with the daily
supervision of forest operations, including road building, road maintenance,
harvesting, and log hauling to support sawmill requirements. Additionally, it
involves reporting on operational efficiency and identifying opportunities for
improvement.

What You Offer

  • Enrolled in a Forestry related
    post-secondary degree or diploma program such as Forestry, Natural
    Resources, Environmental Sciences and/or Conservation.
  • Basic understanding of safety rules and
    regulations.
  • Physically fit and have the ability to
    work in challenging weather and terrain conditions.
  • Valid driver's license required.
