Position Overview

The Receptionist / Office Manager is the central hub of Bennett Construction Group's office operations. This role ensures a professional first impression for all visitors and callers, maintains smooth administrative workflows, and supports leadership with organizational tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that supports construction field operations.

Core Responsibilities

1. Front Desk & Communication

  • Greet and assist visitors, vendors, and clients.
  • Answer and route phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain visitor logs, badges, and safety sign-in procedures.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for office-related inquiries

2. Office Administration

  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and purchasing.
  • Coordinate mail, shipping/receiving, courier services.
  • Keep common areas organized, clean, and stocked.
  • Manage vacation calendars.
  • Handle document scanning, filing, and digital organization.
  • Assist accounts payable in invoice management

3. Executive & Team Support

  • Support C-Suite leadership team with scheduling, travel arrangements, and admin tasks.
  • Assist project managers as required

4. Vendor & Facilities Management

  • Liaise with cleaning vendors, IT support, maintenance, etc.
  • Oversee facility needs such as repairs, equipment servicing, and office improvements

5. Culture & Team Engagement

  • Help organize company events, team lunches, celebrations, and employee recognition.
  • Help maintain a positive, welcoming office culture.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
