We're looking for a
Digital Experience Manager
for our Investments/Financial services client. In this role, you'll help shape the evolution of our digital marketing tools, capabilities, and campaigns to enhance customer experiences and drive business growth. You'll lead efforts to improve Martech solutions, optimize marketing performance, and translate data into insights that strengthen engagement and revenue across all digital channels.

What You'll Do

  • Analyze campaign and website performance data across multiple digital channels.
  • Build and optimize tracking, reporting, and measurement frameworks for paid search, paid social, programmatic, email, and organic media.
  • Develop first-party audience strategies to improve campaign performance and media efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that inform marketing and business decisions.
  • Plan, execute, and evaluate A/B and multivariate tests—using statistical models to interpret results and guide strategy.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (technology, analytics, advertising, compliance, and legal) to align digital strategy and execution.
  • Guide the development of new digital experiences and data-driven marketing products.
  • Research digital trends and emerging technologies to ensure our marketing remains innovative and competitive.
  • Support marketing automation, AI-driven optimization, and end-to-end campaign execution using data-led approaches to improve lead generation and ROI.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital insights, analytics, or marketing data strategy.
  • Proficiency in
    Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Experience Platform
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    A/B testing tools
    (e.g., Optimizely, Adobe Target) and
    data visualization platforms
    (e.g., Tableau, Google Data Studio).
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills; experience with
    SQL
    ,
    tag management
    , or
    Martech integrations
    (Ensighten, Adobe Launch) is an asset.
  • Familiarity with tools such as
    Decibel, Medallia, Salesforce, Snowflake, and Marketo
    is a plus.
  • Understanding of
    SEO/SEM, personalization, targeting, and audience segmentation
    .
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
