As part of a great team you must have a positive, energetic, can-do attitude. You will be expected to be a problem solver, with a "big picture" perspective.

The leasing agent is responsible for the complete leasing process, from potential leads to signed lease applications.

This role is central and sensitive. It requires daily coordination with management, accounting, and marketing.

It is anything but static. This is guaranteed to be an exciting role with personal growth. In parallel, the ongoing high expectations are demanding.

You will be trained with leasing techniques, negotiation skills, and guidance by experienced professionals.

Prior experience in residential sales or leasing is a big plus, but it is not a requirement.

En tant que membre d'une équipe formidable, vous devez avoir une attitude positive, énergique et volontaire. Vous devrez être capable de résoudre les problèmes et d'avoir une vision d'ensemble.

L'agent immobilier est responsable de l'ensemble du processus de location, depuis les prospects potentiels jusqu'à la signature des contrats de location.

Ce poste est central et sensible. Il nécessite une coordination quotidienne avec la direction, la comptabilité et le marketing.

Il est tout sauf statique. Il s'agit d'un poste passionnant qui vous permettra de vous épanouir sur le plan personnel. Parallèlement, les attentes élevées qui pèsent sur vous sont exigeantes.

Vous serez formé aux techniques de location, aux compétences de négociation et guidé par des professionnels expérimentés.

Une expérience préalable dans la vente ou la location résidentielle est un atout majeur, mais n'est pas obligatoire.

  • Vous avez d'excellentes compétences informatiques avec MS Office et êtes capable d'apprendre et de vous adapter rapidement à de nouveaux logiciels.

Votre CV devra démontrer que vous avez déjà travaillé dans la vente ou dans un poste en contact avec la clientèle, et que vous avez occupé ces postes pendant au moins un an.
