Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Rental Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the leasing process, maintaining positive relationships with potential tenants, and ensuring the property is presented in the best light. This role requires excellent customer service skills, and a proactive approach to sales.

Duties

  • Conduct property tours for prospective tenants, showcasing available units and amenities.
  • Manage the leasing process from application to move-in, including screening applicants.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with maintenance staff to ensure properties are well-maintained and any issues are resolved quickly.
  • Perform data entry tasks related to leasing activities, ensuring all information is up-to-date and organized.
  • Utilize effective phone etiquette when communicating with clients, and team members.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in property management, leasing or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
