**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants.
- Negotiate lease terms and conditions to secure tenant agreements.
- Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions and leasing activities in the property management software.
- Collaborate with the property management team to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet tenant expectations.
- Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track leads and follow up with potential tenants.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing leasing documentation.

**Skills**
- Strong negotiation skills to effectively close leases and address tenant concerns.
- Excellent customer service abilities to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention.
- Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is a plus.
- Proficiency in Yardi or similar property management software is preferred.
- Sales experience to promote available units and increase occupancy rates.
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Effective customer relationship management skills to foster positive interactions with tenants.
- Administrative capabilities including data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
- Professional phone etiquette for handling inquiries and communications.

Pay: $40,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
