Nous recherchons un Directeur des Personnes et de la Culture pour diriger et faire évoluer nos initiatives en matière de talents, de culture et d'expérience employé.

Cette personne jouera un rôle central dans la croissance de Civalgo en gérant l'ensemble du cycle de vie des employés: de la recherche et l'embauche des meilleurs talents, à leur intégration, leur développement, et leur engagement à long terme.

En tant que membre clé de l'équipe de direction, vous serez responsable de faire évoluer nos processus RH, de renforcer la culture d'entreprise, et d'assurer une expérience fluide, humaine et efficace pour chaque membre de l'équipe.

Ce rôle est polyvalent et combinera plusieurs chapeaux, incluant ceux de Directeur RH, Responsable du recrutement, Gestionnaire de bureau et Responsable des événements internes.

Responsabilités principales

  • Diriger le recrutement complet, incluant la recherche active, l'évaluation et la sélection de talents de haut niveau
  • Gérer et améliorer le processus d'intégration afin d'assurer une expérience d'accueil engageante
  • Organiser des activités d'équipe et événements internes ou externes (team building, célébrations, foire de recrutement, etc.).
  • Gestion de notre bureau physique: Matériel, ambiance, espace et coordination quotidienne.
  • Développer et améliorer continuellement les processus RH: recrutement, intégration, évaluations et engagement.
  • Conseiller la direction sur les politiques RH, la conformité et les meilleures pratiques de gestion des talents.

Qualifications requises

  • Expérience démontrée (5+ ans) dans un rôle RH généraliste, de gestion des talents ou de direction RH dans un environnement en croissance.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication interpersonnelle et en gestion du changement.
  • Solides habiletés en recrutement et acquisition de talents, incluant le headhunting et la sélection stratégique.
  • Expérience en organisation d'événements internes et initiatives d'engagement.
  • Grande autonomie, sens de l'organisation et capacité à jongler avec plusieurs priorités.
  • Capacité à améliorer continuellement les processus avec une approche structurée et orientée résultats.
  • Bilinguisme français/anglais (écrit et oral).

Qualifications souhaitées

  • Expérience dans une entreprise technologique ou en démarrage (startup).
  • Connaissance des outils modernes de recrutement, d'engagement et de performance.
  • Expérience en coaching ou développement du leadership.

Overview

We're looking for a Director of People & Culture to lead and evolve our talent, culture, and employee experience initiatives.

This person will play a key role in Civalgo's growth by managing the entire employee lifecycle, from sourcing and hiring top talent, to onboarding, development, and long-term engagement.

As a core member of the leadership team, you'll be responsible for improving our HR processes, strengthening our company culture, and ensuring every team member has a seamless, human, and empowering experience.

This role is versatile and will involve wearing multiple hats, including HR Director, Head of Recruitment, Office Manager, and Internal Events Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full recruitment cycle, including headhunting, screening, and hiring top talent.
  • Manage and continuously improve the onboarding process to ensure a smooth and engaging new hire experience.
  • Organize team-building events and smaller internal activities that reinforce our culture.
  • Oversee office management, ensuring an efficient, organized, and enjoyable workspace.
  • Continuously assess and improve HR processes: recruitment, onboarding, evaluations, development, and engagement.
  • Act as a culture ambassador, ensuring our values are lived day to day.
  • Advise leadership on HR policies, compliance, and people best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in HR, talent management, or a leadership role in a growing organization.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition and headhunting.
  • Experience organizing internal events and team engagement activities.
  • Highly organized, autonomous, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with an ability to design efficient HR systems.
  • Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a tech or startup environment.
  • Familiarity with modern HR and recruitment tools.
  • Background in coaching or leadership development.
