**Your role**:

- Support wealth management advisors in improving their practices to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Design and deliver tailored coaching programs focused on client management, practice management, and business development.
- Inspire and influence professionals through dynamic training sessions, workshops, and presentations.
- Identify personalized strategies to address the unique realities of advisors.
- Participate in the development and tracking of performance indicators related to coaching and training.
- Stay abreast of best business practices and incorporate them into development initiatives.

**Your team**:
The Business Best Practices team within National Bank Financial - Wealth Management comprises passionate experts dedicated to supporting advisors in their growth. You’ll be part of an agile, collaborative team reporting to the Vice-President, Development and Client Experience. The team environment emphasizes mutual support and a commitment to excellence.

We offer a wide range of ongoing learning opportunities for your development, including hands-on learning, training courses and collaborating with colleagues who have varied expertise and profiles.

**Prerequisites**:

- Hold a bachelor’s degree and have 7-10 years of experience in wealth management.
- Have completed the CSC or an equivalent recognized course.
- Understand the day-to-day challenges of wealth management advisors.
- Be available to travel across Canada.
- Demonstrate business coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and influence professionals.
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills and be comfortable delivering group presentations.
- Ability to build trust-based relationships.
- Analytical mindset to assess and adapt coaching strategies.
- Skill in communicating clearly and inspirationally.
