CondoWong Real Estate Inc. manages over 1,000 rental condominium units across the Greater Toronto Area, with a strong concentration in downtown Toronto. We specialize in investor-focused rental management and run a high-efficiency, high-volume operation built on advanced systems and a strong support team.

We are expanding and seeking an experienced Rental Property Manager with strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to navigate difficult situations professionally. This position is 100% in-office — no site visits required.

Position Summary

The Rental Property Manager will oversee a large portfolio of residential condo rentals, manage tenant and landlord communications, coordinate maintenance issues, and ensure compliance with Ontario's Residential Tenancies Act. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has deep experience with Toronto rentals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations for a large portfolio of residential condo rentals.
  • Communicate with tenants, landlords, and building management regarding maintenance, payments, and general inquiries.
  • Resolve conflicts and complex issues professionally and efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act (RTA) and Landlord and Tenant Board (LTB) processes.
  • Coordinate work orders with contractors and building management (remotely; no on-site visits).
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records within internal systems.
  • Provide responsive, high-level customer service to landlords, tenants, and partners.
  • Handle insurance claims and coordinate with insurers, adjusters, and building management as required.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of rental/property management experience in Toronto
  • Strong knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act (RTA) and Landlord and Tenant Board (LTB) procedures
  • Fluent in Cantonese
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think clearly under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage relationships with tenants, landlords, and vendors
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling high-volume workflows
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with spreadsheets, property management software, and digital tools
