The Samples Administrator is responsible for ensuring that the day-to-day requests from the commercial sales team are taken care of as well as assisting in completing larger sample products for trade shows. This position reports directly to the Customer Service Manager and supports cross functionally between the commercial team and our current and future customers.

This is a temporary (1-year minimum contract), full-time position from 8:30am-5:00pm Monday through Friday on-site in our Milton, ON location. There is NO guarantee that there is a permanent position after the 1-year period.

How you will make an impact in this role:

  • Pick/ pack and ship samples and trade shows
  • Creation of product labels
  • Maintaining sample stock and inventory
  • Tracking sample activity via multiple platforms/systems, including external carrier websites (i.e. FedEx)
  • House keeping of sample rooms
  • Sales support

What will lead to success in this role:

  • Prior experience in a picking and packing position preferred but not required
  • Experience using the Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Must have excellent administrative, organization, project management and follow-up skills.
  • Excellent attention to details, results oriented, possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Possess Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others in a team environment.
  • Reliable and Flexible.

The base pay for this position is $40,000 - $45,000 CAD annually.
