What you'll do
- Oversee the design efforts at CareCru, ensuring a cohesive, high-quality visual experience across both product and marketing
- Design intuitive user interfaces and engaging user experiences for our SaaS product, including its patient-facing frontends
- Create eye-catching marketing assets (sales decks, website graphics, print materials, event signage) that align with and elevate our brand
- Develop and maintain design guidelines/style guides to ensure consistency across all assets and touchpoints
- Work closely with product managers to define new features and with engineers to bring your designs to life in the product
- Balance multiple projects, managing both long-term product design work and quick-turnaround marketing design needs
- Solicit and incorporate feedback from users and internal stakeholders to continuously improve designs
- Deliver prototypes, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs (using Figma) for new features and marketing initiatives
- Maintain and evolve our Figma design system and reusable component library so Product Managers can confidently create high-quality wireframes and prototypes independently—scaling design velocity across the team without every iteration needing to flow through the designer.
Qualifications
- Have 3+ years of experience in SaaS product design (preferably as a lead or solo designer in a startup/small company environment where you owned multiple aspects of design, rather than being one of many designers on a large team)
- Highly proficient in Figma (our primary design tool)
- Bonus: Experience designing for broad, multi-module SaaS platforms (e.g., CRMs, ERPs, or other "platform" products) with diverse workflows
- Bonus: Familiarity with Webflow or basic HTML/CSS for implementing web design updates
