About the Role

Join a fast-paced Payments Processing team where you'll be responsible for reviewing and repairing international wire payments with precision and speed. This back-office role is ideal for individuals who thrive in operational environments and enjoy working collaboratively to meet daily targets. Key Responsibilities


• Repair and process incoming wire payments accurately.


• Handle multi-currency transactions and ensure proper routing.


• Maintain high productivity and accuracy standards.


• Manage daily workloads efficiently to meet end-of-day deadlines.


• Collaborate with peers and team leads across sites to ensure seamless operations.

Must-Have Qualifications


• Minimum typing speed of 50 WPM with high accuracy.


• Strong attention to detail and work ethic.


• Excellent communication skills (English required).


• Flexible to work rotating shifts (7:30am–6:30pm EST).


• Willingness to learn and contribute to a high-performance team.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications


• Experience in financial or banking environments (e.g., teller or service rep roles).


• Knowledge of international currencies and geography.


• Previous experience with wire processing or operational analysis.
