Controller

Our client, a growing national leader in its industry with operations across Canada & Europe, is seeking a Controller to oversee the accounting operations of their production facility in Montreal.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements.
  • Develop and manage the annual budget and forecasts.
  • Establish and maintain internal controls.
  • Manage cash flow and working capital.
  • Lead and mentor the accounting team.
  • Provide strategic financial insights to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or related field
  • CPA designation
  • years of experience in accounting or finance
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Bilingual (English and French) preferred.
