Your Internship Experience:

• Analyze National Accounts sales data and trends, and share clear, actionable insights with internal teams and external vendors.
• Support invoice reconciliation and partner with Accounts Payable to ensure accurate and timely vendor payments.
• Prepare Dealer Credits tied to Aftersales Business Development programs, including Service Advantage, Wholesale Support, Price Match and Alignment, and ad hoc credits.
• Assist with testing EDI setups for new National Account vendors to support smooth system integration.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects by analyzing data and turning findings into insights that support business decisions.
• Provide administrative support as needed to support smooth day-to-day execution

Compensation: The expected annual salary for this role is $44,694

Qualifications

General Eligibility and Qualification Requirements:

• Eligibility to Work in Canada: Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada, as this role does not support work visa/permit sponsorship.
• Graduation Requirement: Candidates must have graduated in 2025 or expect to graduate by April 2026 with a specialization in Business Administration, Finance, or Marketing. As part of the onboarding process, the selected candidate will be required to submit a copy of their transcripts.
• Full-Time Contract Role: This position is a full-time contract role requiring 40 hours per week.
• Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
• MS Office Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word) is required. Skills testing will be part of the recruitment process.
• Recruitment Process: The recruitment process may begin as early as January 20, 2026, and may include a combination of an online skill testing questionnaire, and a panel interview (either in person or via Teams).
• Work Arrangement: This is a hybrid role requiring employees to work on-site 2-3 days per week.
