Your Internship Experience:

• Support ongoing optimizations for Mercedes- through content and asset coordination, customer journey mapping and improvements, research and analysis, timeline management, and QA testing.
• Partner with dealer website providers to support the dealer network on site improvements, content enhancements, customer journey updates, and the communication and rollout of new features and tools.
• Collaborate with internal marketing teams and cross-functional stakeholders to identify digital enhancement opportunities, consolidate feedback, and support internal communication for new launches and features.
• Conduct landscape audits by monitoring industry trends, benchmarks, and best practices. Perform dealer and competitive audits across digital channels and support platform reviews and comparisons.
• Provide administrative support as needed to ensure smooth day-to-day execution.

Compensation: The expected annual salary for this role is $44,694

Qualifications

General Eligibility and Qualification Requirements:

• Eligibility to Work in Canada: Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada, as this role does not support work visa/permit sponsorship.
• Graduation Requirement: Candidates must have graduated in 2025 or expect to graduate by April 2026 with a specialization in Business Administration, Advertising, Marketing or Communications Management. As part of the onboarding process, the selected candidate will be required to submit a copy of their transcripts.
• Full-Time Contract Role: This position is a full-time contract role requiring 40 hours per week.
• Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
• MS Office Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word) is required. Skills testing will be part of the recruitment process.
• Recruitment Process: The recruitment process may begin as early as January 20, 2026, and may include a combination of an online skill testing questionnaire, and a panel interview (either in person or via Teams).
• Work Arrangement: This is a hybrid role requiring employees to work on-site 2-3 days per week.
