Cook – Food Truck (On-Site Location)

Job Type: Full-time / Part-time

Location: On-site food trailer/Kitchen (fixed location)

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Cook to join our growing food truck team. This role is based at a fixed on-site food trailer, offering a fast-paced and hands-on kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
  • Complete daily prep to ensure smooth and efficient service
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation
  • Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations at all times
  • Work collaboratively with team members to maintain consistency and service standards
  • Ensure orders are prepared and served in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a line cook or in a food truck/trailer kitchen
  • Strong knowledge of food handling, safety, and sanitation practices
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
  • Valid Food Safe certification (or willingness to obtain)
